Industrial sectional door, made with insulated panels of variable height, consisting of two supports in "sendzimir" hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, with an interposed core in injected high-density polyurethane foam, self-extinguishing and CFC-free. The panels are equipped with a particular interlocking system designed to avoid accidental crushing of the fingers when closing the door. The joints are designed to ensure repeated opening-closing cycles and excellent resistance to atmospheric agents. The fixings are guaranteed by continuous longitudinal steel reinforcement inserts. The panels are hinged by galvanized steel hinges suitably sized to withstand a wind push. The mantle is equipped with safety devices as required by current regulations. The mantle slides inside galvanized steel guides obtained from the processing of steel strips with galvanized edges, fixed to the supporting structure by means of dowels. The doors are equipped with suitably sized torsion springs to ensure their balancing at each point both in opening and closing, making their sliding smooth and silent. These springs are supported by a transmission shaft and fixed to the supporting structure by means of brackets with ball bearings.
